What is “Who’s Next?”
|
|
Welcome to newest show ready to shake up things in Charleston,
South Carolina. “Who’s Next?” What’s
“Who’s Next?” Let’s break it
down. The focal point of most American communities is
the local barbershop or beauty salon. It is often a
place where all types of information is shared through
conversation and dialogue. Any and all topics are up
for discussion and debate. It is the place where you
can talk about any and everything. And if there is one
shop in town where the brothers keep a lively discussion
it is Blades Barbershop.
Blades was recognized by nationally syndicated radio
morning show host Steve Harvey as one of the hottest
Barbershops in the country. The shop has been featured
in Charleston’s City Paper and has been featured
on local news casts for their effort “Who’s
Next?” is the show that will inform and educate
as we debate any and all things that are up for discussion.
Whether it’s current events, music, sports, or
what’s going on in town, you can be sure that
it’s being talked about at Blades.

Now we all know that “Who’s Next?”
is a phrase often heard in a barbershop to get the next
person into the barber’s chair. But it takes on
another meaning on our show. “Who’s Next?”
also implies or suggests “Who’s Next?”
in Charleston on the scene? Who’s the next mover
and shaker? Who’s next that we can learn a thing
or two from? Who’s next on the ladder to success?
Whether it’s music or poetry, we will bring them
to you up close and personal. We won’t just talk
about it. We are going to highlight and show those people
in the community who are being about it!
